Yet another doodle that was inspired by a conversation with my kids. The zebra’s flight is propelled by nose jets, but I didn’t properly plan the placement of the doodle on the paper, so- unfortunately- his nostril rockets are not represented here in all their glory. The failure to include them is truly one of the saddest moments in my artistic career.

Burning Up the Skies (PILOT FINAL)

Humphrey the Flying Sheep
August 12, 2008My daughter loves for me to tell her stories about her adventures with Humphrey the Flying Sheep. So far, they’ve flown down to Florida to see her grandmother, Kaysey; had a picnic with all the other flying sheep in their homeland (the clouds, of course); and chased runaway birthday party balloons through the treetops.
